Our company brings together several professions: pastry-making, chocolate-making and sales. Each is involved in a specific stage of the product, with their own technical skills. The production department is responsible for the gestures, cooking, assembly and finishing, while the shop is responsible for presentation, advice and customer care.

Our structure also welcomes apprentices, who discover the different stages of the trade through contact with professionals. Each apprentice progresses at their own pace, learning the essential skills and developing their mastery over time.

Each role contributes in its own way to the quality and coherence of the creations on offer.
